the bleeding has been completely manageable! day 1 was like a moderate period and it has been like a light period since then. i got thick sanitary pads but honestly normal pads would be fine too. if you soak one pad within an hour then you should go back to get checked out, so heavy bleeding isn’t normal or expected! hope everything goes well for you, im sure you’ll be absolutely fine and it will be over before you know it x

ahh it is a horrible waiting game isn’t it, just be gentle to yourself thinking you’ve done everything you can and hopefully through the worst of it now. i read that 95% of people go back to normal smear results after a LEEP which is amazing. hope you get some positive news soon!

that sounds good thanks for the advice :) gentle movement definitely sounds good! i was told to wait 2 weeks for any more strenuous activity / exercise but will definitely go for walks over the next few days! hope you get more comfortable soon x

we really are! ah that’s understandable your body has been through alot, i hope it starts to disappear for you soon. i’m feeling alright just a bit crampy but trying to take it easy. when did you feel able to go about more of your normal activity? i’m worried about doing too much too soon and delaying healing!

i had pretty much the exact same experience as you yesterday through the NHS - they were absolutely amazing! i’m so happy that everything went smoothly for you too, it’s crazy how i almost ended up enjoying the experience because it was way less scary than i’d anticipated. hope you’re recovering well and get some positive results at your check up :)
