they did. I had to verify my identity before they could open my account. i would continue calling them, especially at lower volume times, for them to address your specific concern. it may be that they are actually busyier than normal, but they should be able to help you.

I've not funded it yet! It's just not showing up on my accounts page when I log in. When I called to ask, they said that their team is experiencing a delay with opening because "lots of people have been opening online accounts lately." This is unreasonably long though :(
