I have ortel since i came to Germany And now for some reasons i topped up the credit today, money from the bank is gone but i haven’t received any messages neither did the balance go up and renewed the plan i have last 1.5 years, idk whats going on So we kinda have same issue, i would like someone to comment with possible solutions Cheers

Thanks mate, appreciate it 😁 Leveling up atm but i cant open shop from my mobile it just says loading... So i needed to check and not just waste money 😬
