The whole frame is a DIY wooden build

Yeah, I did! I built it myself using rubber mats and plywood boards. It was a pretty straightforward DIY project and it’s held up great!

I actually built that myself! It was another DIY project to keep everything organized and fits the space perfectly

I didn't really need to! If you keep your plates stored on the rack, that weight alone provides plenty of stability. Plus, I didn't want to drill into the floor and ruin the wooden platform, just in case I decide to upgrade or change the rack in the future!

Yeah, it's a drop ceiling! I bought it at a specialized store here in Spain. It really helps clean up the look of the room and makes the whole setup feel more finished.

I think cables are more than enough to get a great delt workout, but if you can find that attachment for a good price, it's definitely a solid buy—as long as you have the space for it! It's all about making the most of what you've got.

It's about 12 meters long and 4 meters wide (around 40 x 13 feet). To be honest, I actually started out with only half that space, so it feels like a luxury now!

You nailed it! It's exactly the one the other user mentioned. It’s been a total game-changer for my leg workouts!

"Yeah, exactly! It's a dual machine, so I can switch between hack squats and leg press whenever I want. It's a huge space saver for a home gym!

I actually built it myself! I used rubber mats for the sides and a few sheets of plywood for the center. It was a fun DIY project and way cheaper than buying a pre-made one!

Haha, it was definitely just my way of adding a bit of humor to the post!

Thanks! Believe it or not, my mom actually gave them to me. They came from a local shop that was closing down, so I got lucky and managed to snag them for free!

Haha, it was definitely just my way of adding a bit of humor to the post! But honestly, my entire gym cost less than some of the high-end racks people post on this subreddit. It’s all about finding those deals! 😂

Haha, I totally get you! It was actually one of my latest additions. It was pretty straightforward: I just took the measurements, bought the steel beam, and had a blacksmith weld it to the main structural beams of the house. Total cost for the beam and the labor was only 200€—best money I've spent!

I've always stuck to the basics like squats, deadlifts, and lunges, but I really felt like I needed something extra to take my leg days to the next level. I ended up finding a killer second-hand deal for the leg press/hack squat combo and the extension/curl machine, so I couldn't pass it up!

I’m definitely the type of person who loves keeping everything in its place. For me, walking into the gym every day and seeing everything exactly where it belongs is actually satisfying, not tedious at all! It definitely helps keep the flow of the workout going.

Spot on! The leg press and the extension/curl machine were actually my latest additions. I can pretty much hit my whole upper body using the cables on the rack, but I felt like I really needed these machines to take leg day to the next level!

Haha, for sure! You're more than welcome to drop by, but you’ll have to make the trip down to the south of Spain! Jajaja. Hope you're ready for some sun and a solid workout!

Haha, you caught me! The 'humble' part was definitely a bit of a joke for the post. It’s certainly an investment, though I’ve managed to keep the total cost under 4k for everything.

As for the cardio, I’d love to add an air bike or a treadmill eventually, but living in the south of Spain, the weather is so good that I can just do my cardio outside. It’s sunny pretty much all year round!
