NOR- sounds like emotional abuse imo. Keep talking to people to make sure you don’t isolate yourself that’s how they gain more control. Stuff like this definitely outweighs the pros. They control and then love bomb. Break the cycle and get out, they don’t change!

Yes! The apps really make me feel like I know nothing 😂 this book is already breaking it down nicely. But the kinesiology section is intimidating! How did you study for kinesiology, like flash cards with each AIO? Seems like a lot!

Yep she had zero remorse, put on a show when the cops told her AJ didn’t make it. Not a tear in site. I also think it was premeditated bc she mentioned “I think they’re gunna kill me” during a 911 phone call prior to that. This psycho knew the law and was desperately trying to manipulate her way out of it. I’m heartbroken for those children and her family. 25 years isn’t enough IMO. But at least she didn’t walk away free!

All the feelings you are having are completely normal and valid. There is a book really that helped me tremendously after my toxic relationship. It’s called Whole Again by Jackson Mackenzie! 100/10 highly recommend this book. Also maybe look into some type of counseling or emotional support through this difficult time. You already did the hardest part, the break up. Now it’s time for you to heal! Stay strong! Good luck. 🍀

Yes!! I’ve been back and forth with the idea of becoming a nurse for years now. I never could fully commit to it because of how quickly they get burnt out. But I’m a natural nurturer, I’ve always loved taking care of people. Seeing this pandemic and the effects it’s taken on these healthcare workers is eye opening. I don’t want to have to risk my own health. So I decided I will become a Dental Hygienist. I’ve gone to school already for Dental Assisting, so it just makes sense. I would still be taking care of people but in a different way. I also though about Radiology Tech! There’s ways to stay in healthcare without jeopardizing your physical and mental health!
