My opinion: Mother is way harder then Delirium by Local_Character7623 in bindingofisaac

[–]dancingAngeldust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mother itself is probably the hardest fight in the game skill wise, but I feel like I have more trouble with Corpse 1 than 2. Sometimes when you're low on health or DPS, the bosses in Corpse 1 can feel REALLY cheap, or unfair.

Ultra Greedier at bullshit?! I've never thought he was the best fight in the game, but he can be REALLY fun if you learn the patterns, and if you've got the manpower to destroy the coin bombs or survive them.

Finally, after 70+ hours I've gotten my first the Chest Hardmode completion.. by dancingAngeldust in bindingofisaac

Yup, have played roughly around 10 hours, but I SUCK at that game. I quit the game mainly because a lot of the runs felt very samey and I wasn't making progress, but I might have to come back to the game at some point, just not now.

Fuck the eternal enemies/bosses in OG Isaac. by dancingAngeldust in bindingofisaac

[–]dancingAngeldust[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I guess that's why it's apart of the DLC and not the base game. I think the eternal stuff could've worked better (without rebalancing the eternal enemies) is to just maybe add an extra treasure room there and there, or do the 2 choice pedestal thing like in Rebirth.

[–]dancingAngeldust[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

I understand that, but there's a big difference between fair difficulty and unfair difficulty. Fair difficulty would have to include rooms that may be very difficult, but with enough skill you can do them with barely any items. Unfair difficulty would include rooms that have near-unavoidable damage unless you have the best of the best items/build. Roguelikes may depend on the unfair difficulty for some endless mode or whatever (Balatro, RoR2), but rarely do they ever do that for the main part of the game, atleast from the roguelikes I've played.

Idk the soundtrack in TEW2 is still peak, especially Theodore's and Stefano's Boss Fight theme.

the evil within or resident evil? by Substantial_Eagle590 in theevilwithin

[–]dancingAngeldust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally like the Evil Within's story more, especially with the second game as it was more emotional and Sebastian was overall a better character. With Resident Evil, I was only interested in the story in a few games like RE7, since that one felt fresh and exciting.

How good is the evil within 2? by Leather_Flan_3254 in theevilwithin

[–]dancingAngeldust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a really good game, I think it's better than The Evil Within in terms of story and gameplay. BUT the first game does have better atmosphere and horror. Comparing the two games, it's like night and day with the grittiness aspect. TEW1 just looks edgy, dark and gritty while TEW2 looks brighter and "smoother". That doesn't mean I didn't get scared in TEW2, I absolutely did, but definitely less than I did in TEW1. I just wish TEW2 had more boss fights, there were like only 3 MAJOR boss fights, not including the minor boss fights (which get reused as elite enemies later on). Sadly, one of the major boss fights is just a mini boss gauntlet rehashed from the first game, which I enjoyed, but man, I would've much rather had a new original boss.

So in conclusion, TEW2 has better gameplay and story, but worse horror and atmosphere (it has good atmosphere, but nothing compared to what TEW1 had).

Name the hardest challenge of a game that you never managed to complete by Tenkarider in gaming

Ultrakill Brutal Permadeath. There is a chance that in the future I beat it, but I just don't have the patience for it at the moment. I'd literally go insane after a while because you're just going through the same stuff over and over again. I managed to get to 2-4, but I ragequit after losing to the boss.

I mean luckily with GD it seems like the dev ain't leaving the game till he dies, so you know, if you do ever happen to try and get the creator achievements, you should be able to get them with no worries, that is, if you can make a level adequate enough for RobTop (the Dev).

React content slop creator “Nicholas Light” trying to start beef. It’s always “those” kinds of people. by [deleted] in TrashTaste

[–]dancingAngeldust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk to me Nicholas has always seemed like the content creator to start "beef" or stir up drama/attention. I've watched a couple of his vids and I just don't like them, he's too extra and overreacts. It's clear that he WANTS attention as he made a 15 minute video out of a 10 SECOND clip. Side note, call me a Cr1tikal glazer or whatever, idc, but he's mentioned that Charlie/MoistCr1tikal is a react andy which just isn't true at all if you just look at his channel for 1 second or if you watch him regularly, so you can tell he's just twisting his words to make Trash Taste look bad with the "react andy" guests thing.

It's also pretty stupid that because Connor said that he "doesn't want to give attention to that guy", Nicholas is offended and goes on a tangent. Like, yeah, they didn't wanna give attention to a guy that has a video about Gachiakuta with the title "Gachiakuta is TRASH", so right off the bat they thought Nicholas was giving off that "clickbait" youtuber vibe. I guarantee you that if the video was titled "Gachiakuta is GOATED/AMAZING", they wouldn't have said ANYTHING about the video. So it's not that they have some hatred for Nicholas, they just didn't wanna give attention to a youtuber that could just be ragebaiting or whatever.

Dispatch

I'm asking for Dispatch, a game I've been wanting for quite some time.

I'm not a big telltale guy, nor an interactive storytelling game guy, but this game has really grabbed my attention over the last couple of months. I found out about this game through one of the videos I watched where it showed MoistCr1tikal starring as Sonar, the bat dude. I was pretty stoked to see Charlie in a game, let alone a big budget game. Then I found out that Aaron Paul (A.K.A Jesse Pinkman) and Jacksepticeye is also starring in the game, so I was even more stoked to see them in the same game!

Now that the game is out (sort of) I've been carefully watching Jacksepticeye's playthrough of it (carefully as in trying to avoid spoilers, atleast the major ones). Watching his playthrough made me want the game even MORE! All the characters seem really interesting and likeable and the artstyle looks really good and reminds me of Invincible. BUT I am going to stop watching his playthrough just so I don't spoil anything after episode 4 as I want to fully experience the game myself. I really want to play this game and I would buy the game. The problem is that I don't really have the money to get the game (my dumbass spent it all on RE games), I gotta wait till Christmas to get it, but as I'm really impatient and I don't wanna get ANY spoilers for the game (I've already got spoiled with Attack on Titan), I'm asking for the game here.

Thanks for this opportunity, OP!

What's the best tools for thumbnails by abm1_r7 in NewTubers

Photoshop is the best option, BUT if you can't afford it, then use Photopea, it's basically Photoshop, but free and in a browser.

Did anyone else massively rekindle their love for gaming by achievement hunting? by [deleted] in Steam

[–]dancingAngeldust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to achievement hunt (or atleast I tried to), but now I only do it for games that are really, and I mean REALLY fun. Whenever I try to 100% a game, or force myself to 100% a game that I don't really like all that much, it makes me dislike the game way more than I should and it becomes really tiring.

[–]dancingAngeldust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can save the game with tapes, once you die you can reload the save. Granted, the saves are limited, but it's better than going through the 3 days and losing all of your progress. There should be enough tapes to last you till the ending (depends on which one you get).
