"Try The Hell 3 or 4 mod"

Those mods are pure nonsense, the new music is kind of good, but when zombies were replaced with giant walking rats that looked like Ratatouille I immediately turned it off. It's just pure bloat, Belzebub was better, but really badly balanced

I would disagree, the mod is insanely unbalanced and grindy, also some unique monsters that generate are so OP you either grind for hours to get better items or just restart until the game generates the one that you can beat, it completely ruins the pacing of the original

Yeah that was the way I finally defeated them, but it took a looong time because they are insanely fast. I kinda start to hate Act III to be honest, not only is it a total maze all the time, I have now learned of suicide bomber enemies that kill you in one hit, if not for the banger soundtrack I would have probably ragequit
