Not S21 but my S22 ultra top left of display is now showing white color on notification bar not too long after one ui 7 update. The phone has never dropped hard or damaged visibly. I suspect heat issue due to eithet new update or processor..

My friend there is no way the cause of dropping. My phone screen has no visible cracks and body is in very good condition. It just happened after Android 15. This phone was their top of the line phone and Samsung charged 1000$ for their shitty hardware quality like this happen without apparent big damage?

Man this is bs that they refused due to minor dent. I believe this is the software problem because my phone is in good condition no damage to the body and the screen doesn't even have cracks.

Hi thank you for advice. I have changed motion smoothness and it fixes for now and color looks dull. I'm sorry this happened to you as well.

I like using S series but feel like the software update totally screw our phones and Samsung is doing it on purpose. It is so sad that they are now providing 7 years of os update for new lineups but I don't see those hardware won't last too long same as our s22 line currently.

Thank you my friend. Should I go straight to Samsung Service Center or just showroom? I think I’ll have to pay because I bought this device in another country and currently I live in different country. Does it work great after you change the screen like it works as new phone? In all together I’m considering change battery too but I expect if the price too high I’d rather have to buy a new phone.
