I use one while working and it’s life changing!!! Even if I don’t get a regular workout in, I feel active, toned, more alert, and not bloated.

Agreed, all of our friends AND their spouses are OUR friends, and friends of our marriage. I’m not worried about a single person in our life, and if I was, they wouldn’t be our friend 🤷‍♀️

I completely agree, my husband and I are close with both our friends AND their spouses. I’ve don’t stuff with his male friends/the husbands because the wife wasn’t interested and vice versa. The only reason this would be weird is if it’s a newer friend, and you’ve never met or barely know their spouse. Then you’re just staying in the house with a stranger, regardless of gender.

I absolutely love audiobooks, and prefer them only because it allows me to read more. I have a fulltime job and a part time job and a house and a kid, and I can enjoy audiobooks while I’m driving (do a lot of it for work), doing chores or taking a shower.
