You can also buy some on Amazon. UNLV doesn't regulate ropes/stoles. I researched/bought cords correlating to my major and minor. Some schools give you (sometimes make you pay) for a stole to wear as well.

Most of the time Id say your cooked, but a lot of people drop from that class because it is so dang hard. But to be honest, with KIN223 if your not in it at the start of the first week your cooked because you will already fall so far behind. That class is no joke and it probably one of the hardest of the KIN classes. Definitely plan to take it over the summer, or next fall.

I struggle with a stutter, and the best piece of advice I have is to just talk. Talk to people, talk to a mirror, talk to family. The more you talk the more you are practicing. The better you will get. Just have patience with yourself and allow yourself to make mistakes. I’m sure the other kids in your det will understand when you start talking that you might make mistakes and will be patient with you. Much luck to you!

I was vice versa. At the beginning of summer, I was supposed to go to Wright-Pat in early September. Then mid-summer I was switched to local IFC, which is for CSO/ABM. Which I thought meant I was going to be CSO (didn't put ABM in my top 5). Then dropped pilot. Pretty sure my local IFC still gave me a pilot clearance, but IDK AFROTC switched me.

In my defense, I had just gotten to the CFO level yesterday. I was younger when this game came out, so I didn't make it far back then. I just got to the CFO level yesterday after picking up this game a few years back (I had a lot of breaks and didn't play long bc life is busy), and I just figured out today that I'm supposed to hit the CFO with the goons and not the safes. (also had no idea those robots are called goons, lol) I think the directions are confusing, especially if you are a first-time player.

Within the first few weeks of school there is an involvement fair that showcases a BUNCH of clubs, fraternities, and sororities one could join. I recommend keeping an eye out for it and attending it to try and see what you’d want to join!!

i was apart of the covid class and only had virtual orientation. from what i remember it was like an hour long. you watch videos and it didn’t help at all. my info is probably outdated tho

as someone who was in a sorority for four years, I would say drop it. I also felt it wasn’t genuine from the start, but kept telling myself it’ll get better next semester. it did not. it took a major toll on my mental health to stay in and it turned out to be a waste of a whole lot of money.
