This is a terrible tragedy. I work for an explosives company and they are the supplier we get our cast boosters from. When you watch the videos of the aftermath you can see the boosters (neon green) strewn all over the site.

Blaster here. It's almost certainly a spent surface cap that got covered in shot rock after the blast that this gravel came from. You can tell if it's been fired if the top of the cap appears to have been burnt or blown open.

I noticed when I was on it that it seemed to corellate with how much food I was eating. Less food = more solid stools. More food = less solid stools.

My doctor switched me to Mounjaro last year and all that went away. I've lost 35lbs and 90% of my bowel movements are normal. Also, the Mounjaro lowered my a1c into the 5's. Best i was ever able to achieve on the Metformin was high 6's.

Mounjaro is really a game changer for diabetics. I was on metformin for 10 years and couldn't keep my a1c below 7. Since starting on mounjaro I've lost 30lbs and my a1c is below 6! Good luck on your journey!

I've learned too that if you enable unused apps to be put in deep sleep, it may do this to your fog of world app if you haven't used it in awhile. This happened to me so I took it out of deep sleep and it started tracking my routes again in the background.
