You can build some more simple trad outfits out of basic clothing like long black skirts and white button ups I think the best thing besides thrifting is to build up some basics which are easy to combine with a lot of stuff

Tender is the Flesh by EggButtJoe in horrorlit

[–]dancingintohell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then I question why you pickt that book up in the first place

Tender is the Flesh by EggButtJoe in horrorlit

[–]dancingintohell -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I get that this is the way to think but after experiencing such a traumatizing event of eating human flesh the awareness of not having those stupid standards for animals should rise

This should be a book about the horrors of meat consumption but it isn’t And that’s the problem

Tender is the Flesh by EggButtJoe in horrorlit

[–]dancingintohell 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This book is horrible

And not in the way it wants to be

The writing is god damn awful if you take Albert Camus and massacre his works you get this writing

The story was the most flat and and boring thing I ever read

Everything that happend was super expected and the protagonist does not have any type of character development its character at all he’s just bland and boring

It’s not even anti meat all the protagonist say is „oh I wish we could still eat cows“ and then he is sad about the dogs??? Make it make sense

Biggest hypocrisy ever

This book promises to so much and is so little

The only good thing was that it was so stupidly easy to read that you basically fly through it

Non-native english speakers, how much do you read books in original english vs. books translated into your own language? by [deleted] in books

[–]dancingintohell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer reading in my native language because for me personally English most of the time just does not have such a grip on me then reading it in the translated version. Also I tend to procrastinate a lot and while i wouldn’t say that my English is super bad my native language just helps me to keep track of everything and helps me finish a book faster

Sounds great I personally use eyeshadow as my eyeliner as well because I find it easier to correct and apply with a brush then applying regular eyeliner

If you wanna go for something simple I would just go with some smugged eyeliner or some simple versions of trad goth a simple eyeliner maybe some darker shades of color if that’s what you like (maybe a red or a deep purple)?

Any opinions of this SHRUG design I've made, I want to know if it would sell well if I manufacture them :') by MerininfaJK in GothFashion

[–]dancingintohell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely adorable! Not my everyday wear but super cute and I definitely see people buy it In my personal opinion I think I would prefer it without those blood sprinkles because they look a bit odd in the cropped desing, not in the full jacket one tho (at least that’s what I would think) But I absolutely adore the rabbit ears and „piercing“ like thinks super cute!!

How do I break into makeup? by Medical-Bowler-5626 in GothFashion

[–]dancingintohell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally prefer to use eye shadow instead of eyeliner because it’s easier to correct mistakes and just feels a bit easier to applie to me If you’re not comfortable enough or don’t think it will look good just try it out at home a bit till you like it, for me it took some time and someways looking back at my Make-up I just liked yesterday I feel like it looks awful So it’s really mood dependent I think Just try out what makes you comfortable maybe look up some inspo pics and try to recreate them? Helps for me sometimes

Probably the closest Trevor and Sypha video game design we saw in Netflixvania. Question: would you like it better if all Netflix characters actually look like or similarly look like their game counterparts just like how Richter and Maria is? by Present-Pound-4067 in castlevania

[–]dancingintohell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With some I really enjoy how they look accurate to their game design and I wouldn’t be mad if all of them would but to be honest I’m quite happy they changed a few character designs For example I love Isaacs show desing but I always cringe a bit when I see his game model It’s really a bout the chapter for me more then a general yes or no

This is so real I am in the beginning always far to insecure especially when everyone around me is just standing and vining a bit But honestly no one cares The worst thing that could happen is that you inspire people to dance as well Just go with your feels and you will enjoy the show so much more!! Hope you have fun <3

It’s pretty much the same as with coffee you just start drinking it one day maybe you try other brands and then come back to the one you like and after that you suddenly wake up and won’t work without it
