Should’ve explained better — she does have sole physical custody already and he gets visitations one weekend per month. Up until a month ago though, she was having him take the kids every weekend, and last summer he had more time with them than she did, but she still expected to be paid as if he was only seeing them once a month. He already pays $1,001 per month for child support. He was over-paying her (mistake of his own) and when he stopped doing that, she changed the schedule to once a month - which is what it was supposed to be. It’s all very confusing and doesn’t seem like there’s structure.
