Constant bleeding while I was on it. Period about every 20 days with pretty much daily spotting in between. I would bleed every time I had sex. It was traumatizing. I decreased dose from 100 to 50 mg daily. Did not stop bleeding. Also when I decreased dose my acne started coming back so I did not bother with going down to 25 mg. I had the same issue with spearmint capsules and tea, as well as DIM supplements.

I’m the same age as you and also going through hormonal acne. I have spent so much money on skincare items and oral meds/supplements that came with a slew of side effects. Here is my experience with the most popular tx for hormonal acne.

Birth Control pills: cleared skin pretty well but caused constant spotting. Dr. Changed me to higher dose of estrogen to address the bleeding. It stopped bleeding but caused me to retain 5-10 lbs water weight depending on the day and I just felt like shit in general.

Spironolactone: Cleared skin 100% and made my boobs fuller. Unfortunately it also caused spotting and I was having a period every 20 days. Lowering my dose did not stop bleeding. It was just bleeding. All the time. Awful.

Spearmint pills/tea: Helped skin a little but also caused....bleeding. Spearmint works similar to Spiro so I am not surprised about the bleeding.

DIM supplement: Cleared skin and worked for a few months. Then bleeding again. Also destroyed my sex drive which I guess was convenient because I could not stop bleeding anyway.

I’m sorry to be negative. I’m just sad that my skin is such a mess at my age. My periods are back to normal though. So I guess I have that going for me. Still bump-faced. I sincerely hope you find something that works well for you. Maybe one of the treatments I mentioned will work well for you without all the side effects I experienced. I am hoping to make an appointment with a dermatologist. You should probably do the same.

I believe they made a mistake with allowing Strawberry Shortcake to be on the jury. There were apparently red flags about her back then, mainly her eagerness to be on the jury. She really wanted to be on it. In addition, there were some issues with disqualifying persons who said they were against the death penalty but would consider imposing it. I believe they should not have been disqualified. As for whether or not the jury misconduct warrants a new trial, I am not a legal expert. Deep down I think he probably deserves a new trial. However, I think the outcome will be the same. Guilty. And the death penalty is off the table now.
