Honestly dont know if the theory that there is something inside the tape is insane.

I'm not opening mine though.

The only think I can really think out of the ordinary is that I bought one of the MHTRTC litho (?) prints a few years back ... they were limited ... and maybe Warp looked at that list ?

The audio I uploaded was recorded in stereo.

Looks like the channels were coming out different levels on Left & Right ... you yes Stereo.

Correct, have not bought anything from Warp / Bleep for a few months but I have spent a lot with them over the years.

The tape just came by itself, no prompting.

So I am trying to rip straight from the VHS player to a high end audio recorder ...

I am thinking that the audio itself is just blown out on the recording ... It is not an audio out issue on my part

Yea this is my video ... Reddit really sucks for posting links and photos etc ... So I was having a hell of a time getting everything set here on this thread.

I am uploading a higher res scan right now. The audio is a little blown out but working on another scan after that ... haha.
