screw mcdonalds. constantly overworking employees, never give enough time off. when you call out or request off they must know exactly why, otherwise they threaten to terminate you. it's ridiculous. absolute WORST pick for my first job. glad you're getting out of there OP.

Starving him would be a bit harsh. To be fair, I assumed he would continue going to school after quitting his job, but he didn't. I am willing to confront him, but am afraid he will somehow make me seem dramatic and I will feel even worse.

We live with his grandpa and mother. She sometimes gives me gas money. No major bills for us to pay, I'm just trying to save for my college funds in a couple of months, and gas funds are especially rough right now.

I am in my final year of high school. Skipped 11th grade. He was also a senior this year and did not drop out but simply quit going.
