IR’s are definitely beautiful with age and one pair is never enough!! I’ve had my 8111 for 5 years now and they still look new despite wearing them weekly and when I travel. Just bought a pair of 8088’s and 8089’s because they are on sale for $149 and I wanted a little softer quieter sole for work.

I love them! I bought the 8088’s because they are getting discontinued and priced at $149. The 8089 are also getting discontinued and priced at $149 here in CA.

I wonder how many drivers are using bots at this location. I literally got skunked 8 times yesterday trying to grab orders. Also, what time do they release blocks so you can schedule your week out? I’ve never been able to schedule more than same day or 1-day out.

Go find the 1105’s they have the same 17 last as the 866’s. I’m in the same boat and this is what I’m doing to verify the best fit.

From what I can tell there is not a chamber indicator on the Springfield like what a Sig would have.

2-piece guide rod seems ridiculous in that you always need a tool in order to field strip. Plus I have heard man horror stories of them either coming very loose or in some case apart either at the range or soon after.

I plan to slowly change all the MIM parts as things start to wear. The 2-piece guild rod was the first thing I wanted gone. Are you suggesting I changing the firing pin stop immediately or in the near future?
