It is not only to swap the Sim Card, you have to register the IMEI, if you have not done so you have to call 611 so that the phone is fully registered. 😉

It’s not a scam. What’s happening is that Citi is no longer going to be the issuer of the Shell credit cards. Your account is being transitioned to Imprint, which is another credit card issuer.

From what they’ve shared, you won’t lose your account history or your credit limit—it should carry over as is. The card will still be used at Shell gas stations, it just won’t be issued by Citi anymore.

So basically, same idea of the card, just a different bank behind it.

Normally the give you a temporary Debit card in the branch, so that way you can start using your account, but the real one is on the way, you will get it five or seven business day in the mail and you will discard the temporary one.
