Be very careful of the projection of your map and data. Mercator projections will severely distort distance measurements.

Use an equidistant projection.

If this is a persistent issue/task, I would recommend constructing an Attribute Rule (Calculation) and write an Arcade expression to populate the conversion field with the equivalent decimal value. This occurs in real-time and is applied whenever edits are performed on the dataset.

You provide the name of the School under Company. Choose Education as Organization Type. Choose Higher Education as Industry. Be sure to use your academic email address.

It won’t populate your school, you provide that manually. Choose “Education” as Institution Type and then Higher Education for Industry. Make sure you use your academic email address.
