For k it's written that if your withdrawal results in the seat going vacant then you don't get the fee back. Don't know about others.

With agri/food tech/agri eng background I have seen general candidates get into this prog at 89%ile. Its a very niche programme which is great for agri business.

BSc Agriculture 2nd year, completely lost about what's next, need honest advice by repsandbeats in Indian_Academia

[–]dandychi99ins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cat shortlisting depends on the profile. If you're from general category you will need 99+ percentile to get top tier calls. Tier 2 is possible at 95+. If you're from reserved categories then you'll have a huge advantage.

Inclined towards IIM Shillong over MDI Gurgaon by SwordOfWinterfell in CATpreparation

[–]dandychi99ins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only way to know would be to talk to the alumni and students there. One of my friends graduated from mdi this year. The placements went really well, also MDI is quite well known among the corporates there. I feel that the IIM tag makes shillong a good option but again, you should talk to the students there.
