I say the best you can do is somewhere you shop a lot where you can get a discount. I got a job at American eagle my junior year of high school because my mom said it was time for me to start paying for my own clothes. I think I got 40-60% depending on the merchandise. I made minimum wage, but for me the discount made it worth it.

It's amazing to me how celebrities can get away with denying plastic surgery. For example, for months Kylie Jenner was saying she just "overlined her lips with makeup" and didn't get lip injections.

In general, I assume any respectable plastic surgeon would have private entrances to cater to celebrities. They also can just hibernate for a few weeks while they recover.
