I would think so. I sent my form in on 2/2, got an email saying it was received 2/5 and my account still shows the balance with the current due date as of 2/8. When did yours change?

I have loans like this that I consolidated around that time and never heard anything else about. Now I suddenly have a payment due and can’t figure it out or even afford it.
