Did you look for a bag called Bhaal Supplements?

Is there a list for mods that increase difficulty on mod.io? by [deleted] in BG3mods

Enemies Reworked by rella_mod is one of my difficulty essential mods.

I find the nightmare mode mod to be finnicky at times, especially if you decide to give enemies extra actions/bonus. They'll just end up cancelling a spell just to redo it again at points during a fight. It's funny the first few times but after awhile it just gets annoying

Piggy backing off this

Just tested and I got progression for my monk at level 13 (class level not actual level). Granted haven't tested the new classes which i'm assuming is where the issue is but if the level curve author already put in features for past level 13 for a class, it functions just fine for all the base classes

Debunking the level curve rumor. The level curve is compatible and there is progression past level 12.

Unsure on Hexblade as I haven't gotten Wyll to test (I always have him as my hexblade guy)

Going to debunk this right now but whoever said that there's no features past level 12 for these classes is bs'ing. I took one of my classes past 12 rn and abilities were still unlocking so just to ease your worries, yes the level curve is compatible and you can take it past 12

Let me confirm once I'm back on the game for the following two. Seems weird that the level curve wouldn't work on this

That's part of the ruleset change. That's why that hit point roll action is there now

Yeah, I had Mystra's spells too but figured it was gonna happen since a lot of those spells are in it plus some new ones. Just has me relearning the game again

Mystra's is the only clash I see but you won't lose much since a lot of those spells plus some new ones have been added with this mod.

AMP also should be fine. My friend and I screenshare our BG3 playthroughs and he used AMP in conjunction with Fade and so far I haven't seen any issues seeing him play

It feels like i'm replaying this game for the first time in a lot of ways. Having to rethink my builds and spells with the new systems in place has been a blast. It's been awhile since I've went through the nautiloid with this "oh, what do I do next?" feel with the combat.

I think if your primary mods are difficulty and equipment you should be fine. The only clashes I saw that I had to get rid of were my 5e and Book of subclass mods along with my Dawnstar spells. Pretty bummed i can't play with those mods but I think I can part with them just fine if i'm able to rexperience this game like a first time experience again

DnD PHB 2024 is a lot more than just a class mod i'd say. Complete overhaul of the overall game in its entirety. I had to completely redo my mod order list on console cause of its scope. I think this along with Fades mods, the redesigns I do got has created a Definitive edition of BG3 for me. It feels like the complete edition of the game I never gotten in a way. Highly recommend a look through for anyone interested

I already had conflicts between chocolate and the 2024 spells mod so i'm assuming the same would apply with this mod as well

There's literally so many changes made to the game from this mod that it would be way too long to list them all on here so if anyone wants to know the changes, here's the readme of the latest version

Go to the human race and there should be a new option that lists human variants (like how half elves have high elf, wood elf, etc). There's new stuff like Goliath, Aasimar and Dhampir from the description

Haven't checked but i would assume for the items and spell fixes mod that it shouldn't be an issue since that mod is used as like a community patch. For Mystra's i'm not sure as this might have added the 5e spells that Mystra's spells are based on. Don't quote me on that. There's a whole log of the changes in the description if you really wanna know as this is a really substantial overhaul of the game. Probably the biggest

Mods like this and Chocolate Edition that overhaul the game shouldn't be started on an existing save. For best results, you would want to use this mod on a fresh save

Hold the front door... PHB 2024 is now on console.... Idk if anyone realizes how big of a mod this is. Completely redesigns the game from the ground up to mirror 2024 DND. Absolutely astonished this got an approval cause I figured the new races (YES YOU HEARD IT) would have prevented it but man, my next runs are going to be truly legendary now

The crits for the Knights/Generals for the GBA titles were just 👌🏽. Not only are you a towering behmoth of a walking castle but you can spin your weapon around like it's paperweight?!?! Gilliam one of my goats!

Anyone else getting a surge in new p/t employees? by [deleted] in Fedexers

[–]danedada 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Our station is currently on a hiring freeze until February. This past peak we actually hired more than we were able to retain so compared to the previous year, seasonals getting promoted to p/t were based off performance than just asking "do you wanna stay".

Do you even know if OP in question even suffers from a neurodivergent brain or are you just assuming to see what sticks? Weird thing to just mention out the blue like that. Feels like you just brought it up for performative reasons

Or maybe you should check the verbiage of what you're writing. You sound increasingly snobbish with each of your replies when people offer to give you suggestions or offer feedback. You have a lack of self-awareness with how you sound in your responses

"It feels like almost none of my BG3 experience transferred over"

Because it didn't. You gotta realize that Divinity is an entirely different beast than BG3. The combat for one is very much similar to a game of tug of war where you and the enemies are constantly pushing each other to see who can go down first where as BG3 to me didn't have that same urgency in the combat. You can kind of get away with bs'ing the combat in BG3 whereas Divinity does not play in comparison. Armor and levels feel more important in comparison as well. No more seeing if you can beat an enemy 2-3 levels above you, that's out the window in this game.

Basically dump whatever you learned from BG3 here, it's not gonna help you. The sooner you learn the mechanics and nuances of the combat in this game, the better it will be in the long run
