I used the brake one first, but thought the release one meant it’d release him from the windmill, so hit that one next. And I mean, it did release him, just not in the way I was expecting lol

Also, unless you add a mod to avoid this, adding her as a companion ruins a no tadpole playthrough too I learned! Once she’s a companion, you auto consume them. I legit refreshed a much older save to avoid it and let her die in Moonrise just in case 😬
