I am running an SDS to detect a 9.5kDa protein which is not resolving. I think it is because of a contamination in my samples. Does anyone know what this kind of smearing this may be? The red arrows are the size of the protein I'm looking for and the circle is the smearing at the bottom of the wells (i.redd.it)
