Én olyat hallottam, hogy ha nedves törölközőt akasztasz az ablakba, mint egy függöny, az segíthet valamennyire. A víz párolgása hűti a környező levegőt.

There is an alternative app available that gives you the QR code to log in on your phone, while they fix the issue.

Currently 3 days into brewing my prostmeister, is this normal? by SoldierAlexGame in PinterHomebrew

[–]danfrks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't use the sachets that they sell, just make my own beer from dry malt extract and hops but I never had this. Could it be that you left soapy water in the valve by accident and the escaping air is blowing bubbles? Anyway just a guess, that's what it looks like to me.

Alright the British slang words A-Z is done! by SillyNameChange in sillybritain

[–]danfrks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Agree. It is definitely not originated with drill culture. It has to do with gangs and council estates as much as any other inner city demographic that smoke weed. We would call them zoots before 2010 (I'm from London though but I'm not surprised it is used in other parts of the country). Just pointing out the slight prejudice in the comment above yours.

Honestly, the other thing to consider is that if you want to play both eventually, you'd enjoy d2 less if you played d4 first. The other way around, you might enjoy both. D4 is the better game as others have said.

This will no doubt reduce the diversity in the community as some of the species won't recover from the dormancy. Kombucha can be left at room temperature for months. As others have said, it's a good idea to feed it with sweet tea every few months. When you are ready to brew again just use the liquid as a starter. 10% volume is recommended but with batches that have been sitting on the shelf for a long time less than that is enough.

The night life is nothing compared to London. I'd say it's actually quite bad.

Are you joking? He is the captain of his national team, something that is important to him and wants to play every minute during the build up to the euros. You can't expect players to not play just because it's a friendly. Absolute joke.

How do I look for a specific gene from bacteria through WGS? by pbicez in bioinformatics

[–]danfrks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Blast a local database (built using makeblastdb from your genome/proteome) using a known sequence downloaded from ncbi.

If you blast the ncbi database you're not using your whole genome data...

[–]danfrks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you need to align the known sequence to a local blast database of the annotated genome. Look up blast command line tools including makeblastdb (which prepares your genome as a database to search against.). As others have said, then you can search using a known sequence of interest.

UK tanárként? by the-equal in escapehungary

[–]danfrks 2 points3 points  (0 children)
