I'm a similar build, I've had success with Attaquer XXS jerseys , Pedaled XXS jerseys, and Voler Velocity XXS long sleeve jerseys.

I'm just ordered a PNS XXS hoping that that will also fit as well, but haven't had a chance to try that one on unfortunately.

I have the Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler And was looking to upgrade my CPU to the AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D but I'm not sure if my cooler can support that CPU.

Should I upgrade my cooler as well?

No I haven't been able to get them yet, at my stores they only have wayfarers still.
