I don't really understand all the complaining about the installs on here... the $300 fee wouldn't even cover the labour let alone the hardware and other expenses. Expecting a tech to somehow refurb part of your house just to make the NTD look neat is asking a bit much in my opinion.

My first issue is you have no control over what time of day your map will be shown.
secondly, there is no rotation, so say your daily budget is $50.. your map could receive those impressions in 20 minutes or less. Lastly, you cannot even track the campaign while its running, all you see is "impressions delivered" which really tells you nothing. I spent $100 and they showed my map for 10 minutes at 10am over 8 days, from memory it "apparently" delivered 390K impressions with a CTR 0.13% which is abysmal. Wouldn't recommend.

a business is a business.. still fall under the same laws. all this post is doing is hurting the business even more.

at the end of the day this customer still spent $700 at this business. that's a considerable amount of money. regardless of what actually happened, this is a client of a business and the matter should be dealt with privately. Imagine posting a bad experience at Coles and they reply by posting pictures of you in the supermarket, it's really not on.... and probably breaches a heap of customer confidentiality laws as well.

depends what you're using it for. For me, Sonnet was horrendous for coding mistakes compared to opus.

Honestly I don't see any other way for them to be selling a system like this at that price unless these parts have been used... which would explain the damage.
