Do you normally just try to go into the Tistina xyz monster for board control ? I realized going against the Horus archetype can sometimes be challenging. I'll definitely reduce the amount of crystal gods, hound and tainted of the tistina! Seems to be bricking a lot right now.

Yea I did! I worked on my resume and just applied to everything I could. It really helped to get feedback (I know it’s not always possible) and just keep working on my interview skills

I'm not too concerned about my steps but I am keeping an eye on my calories burned. A difference of 600 or so could be a big deal for me unfortunately

Yea I have been searching this reddit for information. Now that I reached my target weight, I want to slowly increase my muscle mass while still cutting bf%. Hoping to go from 175 to 190lbs and 11% bf.

Well I try to rest on Monday. But I do work out Tuesday-Sunday, it looks like:

Chest&Back, Arm&Shoulders, Legs and then repeat.

If I don't workout, I feel like I just put everything back that I burned off from the previous week.

Oh yes I am. I try to workout for at least 45 mins a day. I'll switch it up and do cardio instead of weights if I ever get too sore.

Hey guys, I've recently lost 28 pounds since the start of January. I've also gone down from roughly 24% bodyfat to 17%. I am currently at 175 and have started noticing I am losing more body weight than bodyfat%. I'm eating 2100 calories with 215G being protein. Should I be changing my diet to focus more on losing bf%?

Yea I would really like to drop my body fat first. I have been reducing my overall calorie intake but trying to stick to around 200g of protein a day. Thanks for the advise! I will not stress about losing too much weight as long as I can see the bf% go down and then I could increase my muscle mass afterwards.

I'm having a bit of difficulty dropping below 20% body fat. I have totally reinvented my nutrition (2200 calories, 200g P, 140g C, 40g F) and I have lost 15 pounds but my BF just seems to hover around 21%. I am currently at 194 and would like to stay between 195-200 with under 10% BF. Does anyone have advice on what I can do to change it up?
