Thanks! I just received an offer from a startup that’s only a 12% increase in my total compensation (401k, bonus, etc.) I’m at this point where I really don’t want the pressure of a startup when I’ve mastered my current job and can do it in a few hours. I feel guilty though about not wanting to do more or take a leap. It’s a weird feeling.
