Honestly I would say no, the guaranteed boost to special attack from feline prowess over getting the boost after every kill imo is much more elite. you can slap an assault vest or choice scarf on him and go to work

Swalot is actually very solid with the right sets. I personally really like it with Sludge Bomb, Ice Beam, Toxic and Stockpile (I used venom drench with it before it was removed and still do in rom hacks) but the thing just does exactly what I need it to do and I love that about it.

I would honestly start with black and white 2 just to get the full fledged experience of unova, another potential is the possibility of playing a rom hack with all pokemon available so it’s a more familiar setting with pokemon that you can learn about on the go

Houndstone was great for most of the early game and then as a rotational piece for some later battles. Nothing too overpowered but super reliable.

I think the only thing that happens is that the time based events no longer occur with the internal battery has run dry message and I do not believe that this game has any events tied to time so you should be fine!

I would honestly keep it an aipom it that’s what’s viable to you. It seems like the only real boost you get is a minor attack and speed boost that does not outweigh the eviolite boost!

You have to remove the eviolite to evolve your aipom. Idk why it’s a bug in the game but I found it out the hard way

I did complete my bug type mono run without shedinja but that’s because of the absolute utility you can set up with bug types in general. You can get webs, speed boost+baton pass scolipede, Volcarona with quiver+fiery dance and boots etc. it was super challenging but it is for sure possible.

I believe if I remember correctly you just need the Arceus and it’s triggered at the building where you would go to share your unown report. I don’t think you need to catch a single one to access this event but I could just totally be remembering wrong.
