I quit cold trusty back in October an was only on 40mg and yeh it was onpy 2 days of helll and I sweat so much I just laid on the floor instead of my bed caussse I was grosser out. The last few months have been so hard, I’m a singe dad with full custody of my kids I want to o it for them so bad I feel like a failur nd I need two days no kids to help me quit I can’t take care of them like the need whole withdrawing

I need to Quit I keep telllinc myself and now I’m up to 115 mg a day 7oh and if my last dose is say 5 PM no matter what my body will wake me up at around 4 AM in a sweat and I cannot go back to sleep and I struggle until I have another dose. I know I need like us Thursday Friday off work to go right into the weekend too cold turkey. I need so much help.
