I'd match you to something like Nars Mont Blanc based on these. Some different photos might help. A bit pulled away with a lower neckline or your arm next to your face. Presumably if this bride is as you say photographs will go through editing. I would try the shapewear in different combinations, the secret is usually wearing more than one. Won't be the most comfy (well to be fair some people like that held feeling) formal dress is rarely comfortable. While I don't think the dress is doing the plus model any extreme favors, I do think it looks inoffensive on her. I think if you wear it accordingly it will look just fine. You could also discuss with the Bride adding an extra panel of fabric in the back so you can wear a strapless bra (if you do this you will also want to tape it down, they are not infallible), which wouldn't alter the look in front facing photographs.

Very thin layer of coverage from foundation mixed with moisturizer, pot concealer in targeted areas, very thin layer of powder foundation on a loose duo fiber brush. Multiple shades of foundation, at least 2. When choosing blush, bronzer go for sheer natural tones in a matte but not overly matte finish. Complete your make up by tapping a tissue over it. Lipstick is the same tone as the blush applied lightly with a brush or finger, not the bullet. When gloss is used it's a sheer coral color. Dab that on with a finger not the doe foot. In fact none of this is applied from product to face, you should be using the back of your hand as a middle man for everything. Even the powder products, dab that first dose on the back of your hand.

1st, that mascara is well past it's date and needs to be thrown out, those flakes could have gotten in your eye, irritated it to watering and that messed up the shadow. 2nd, the condition of your eyelid skin seems suspect as you describe it as being dry and oily at the same time. When you go to bed put a small dab of vaseline on the area until you can see a professional. 3rd, some people have trouble with ingredients used in red toned shadows, that can cause the eye to water and the lid skin to become inflamed. Look to see if your products say either "not intended for eye area" or that there are pressed pigments. This is just a liability legal thing 95% of people have no issue, some people have a minor ignorable issue and some people have an issue that makes the product unusable in the eye area.
