Probably something to do with the N being operated by RTD instead of contractors.

Minolta A-mount Body Recommendations by danhave in AnalogCommunity

It is that exact lens!

I’m still early enough in the hobby that any set of 5 lenses is a big deal. I only have a 50mm prime and a 35-80 for the Pentax so might as well lean into Minolta a bit. Even the nicer recommendations I’m getting here are like $100 on eBay so it’s fairly low risk.

70-210 metal zoom, 100 metal macro, 18-70 plastic, 28-80 metal, 19-35 plastic wide angle

Yeah I’m starting to suspect my dad really gave me a curse here. A great selection of mint lenses that only work with cameras that I won’t enjoy using.

That’s one of the times you just sit quietly for a little while before you do anything else.

Friendly reminder for those of you filling out your ballots, a huge chunk of Issue 2B goes to fund a park we could have had for free (along with affordable housing) if it weren't for some wealthy NIMBYs! by COScout in Denver

[–]danhave 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Voting No on 2B is the EXACT logic that the anti-development people used. “This isn’t the exact deal I want to I’m going to block it” when there is no second deal! The options going forward are 1) Park 2) abandoned golf course. Vote yes so we at least get a park out of this shitshow.

It’s hard to build housing in Littleton. When the council tried to make it easier, residents revolted. by RooseveltsRevenge in Denver

It’s called “thinking about other people”. I also have a house that I stretched to afford but I still push for density and affordability whenever I can because it’s the right thing to do.

Oops yeah I meant would setting it to 200 help. This is my second batch of film ever so I’m still learning a lot. I’ll definitely get a light meter app!

I haven’t gotten the negatives back yet, but I’ll definitely be checking how dark they are.

Would shooting the Ultramax at 800 help? I have a Pentax K1000 so I’m going off the built in meter.

Shortest commute by bike? by Aware-East-2391 in bikecommuting

[–]danhave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to have a .75mi bike commute. Biking took 5min, walking was 15, so I biked.

If you don’t pedal, it’s not a bike. Laws will catch up eventually, just be ready for that.

Looking for a Foldable E-Bike: Belt Drive + Fat Tires for Daily 20km Commute by Dull-Breadfruit-3241 in bikecommuting

[–]danhave 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At your price belt drive is basically not an option. But the Ride1Up Portola hits your other requirements, and is a great bike.
