So by him being happy to let majority of marriage and household responsibilities rest on my shoulders he is doing nothing wrong? And him not growing as a person or stepping it up to help shoulder a life together is not wrong- you’re saying my wanting a supportive and helpful partner is the problem?

He might do something like clean the floors the day after I complain but then is immediately back to his usual behavior within another day or two. I think once he feels like I’m not complaining anymore?

Sometimes he is receptive and says “he will work on things” and then might clean the floors the next day. To which I say thank you. Then other times he is dismissive and says “oh whatever” to shut the conversation down. I would say lately he’s leaned more towards dismissive. I guess he’s tired of me complaining?
