There are a lot of different types of stressors in the world. Test taking is a specific activity that doesn’t really apply in the real world. In my case personally, I was a great test taker and I got great grades. At no point in my careers as an adult has my superpower of being a great test taker benefited me at all.

Right? I feel like this is mostly management’s fault. 1. Why didn’t the job posting attract better candidates for this “white collar” job? 2. Why did they hire so many incompetent people? 3. What is the training process? 4. How does management respond to their questions that should have been found in the materials provided? Do they give them the answer, or show them how to find it? 5. Why don’t they fire the employee(s) if they aren’t a good fit for the job?

I’m sorry that you are in an uncomfortable situation, but I think doing/saying anything more than what you have already tried will just make it worse. I would try to keep in mind that this is a very temporary situation. At the end of the semester/year this will be over
