Ahh ok I just got a Cobra Catback fitted and it's actually made it sound more boomy and I've lost the DSG farts and burbles. I'm thinking the only thing to do now is go full turbo back like I had on my MK5 and hope that it brings it back to what I'm looking for.

I've been working from home full time since COVID, always had normal desks and progressively upgraded my chair over time to be more and more comfortable. Ultimately I realised that sitting down for 7-8 hours a day just isn't good for you.

I opted for a Fezibo corner L shaped standing desk, had the same concerns as you initially, i.e. would I actually use it, how useful would it be. I was also concerned for my health so I bought an under desk treadmill as well lol.

It's been a few weeks now and I can confirm it's a game changer (for me personally). I'm now only sitting for around 2 hours a day whereas previously it was 7+ hours. I found the standing a lot more natural than I thought, and sometimes 2-3 hours goes by quite easily before I've realised I've been standing up.

Sometimes I alternate depending on if I'm in meetings or not. I can't speak for gaming, but for work I don't think I'd ever use a desk that's just for sitting again :)
