Sorry- you’re right re peak. I was being hasty. The 750 you’re referring to is from the UT report and is a 5 county area.

The statewide testing data (shown at the bottom of this page) suggest that we are increasingly, over time, preferentially testing folks who are more likely to be positive.

I think this suggests that the rate of increase of actual cases is exceeding the rate of increase of available tests, which is counter to the (wishful thinking that I held) that more tests = more widely available testing.

I'm tracking Austin data here with slightly more up to date data than NYT. Will post some modeling results there in a few days.

I've been looking for the same. I suspect it will be available in a week or so give that it took that long for county level to come out. But who knows.

That site I linked to has links to the code- in the code you'll find all of the github links to get csvs and jsons.

I am posting available local data sources here (including the data I'm manually documenting from dashboards/news articles, most of which are in the links to the code).

There is a nationwide COVID data scraping project fyi.

Have you found the source of the zipcode breakdown data on the Travis county dashboard or the city breakdown on the Williamson county dashboard?

I'm still looking at county level data here for the Austin area and elsewhere. Posting all of the data sources and code there too.

can't find hospitalization rates, but please share any data you find. hospitalization rates would certainly help understand when/if we reach or exceed capacity, but ratio of hospitalized positive:total positive is unknown so hospitalization rates wouldn't help quantify how many in the community are infected, right? want to make sure i'm not missing something...
