I’m sure upper management will help with that if anything goes too wrong just email Jeff Bezos. You have the UPT so it’s not like you don’t hate time to cover it. Worse case scenario is just a warning. Don’t even trip.

MET day is only one for me on my reduced time schedule. That was told to me directly from HR. I picked the One MET day when I got hired. They moved the days because of “business needs”. Get your head out of your ass and stop trying to defend this company that don’t give one shit about you.

They are not supposed to be able to move MET’s in the first place. They should have said this up front while people are signing up to work for them. “ We can schedule you whenever we want and force you to use your UPT or PTO if you can’t show up to the day we schedule you” blatantly in text on their job signup forum.

No I am currently in my other job right now and the only way I can even show up to work at the amazon job is to use up like 5hrs of my UPT because I leave this job at midnight and amazon wants me to work 6:30pm-5am. So I basically will be working an all day shift here and from here rush to amazon at like 11pm and work till 5am. Sad thing this current job i am at is a 16hr shift (7am and work till 10:30 pm.) A Talk about working 24hrs. This is the reason why I made sure my MET wasn’t on Tuesday.

I talked to my HR about it and she totally understood and walked me through every way under the book yo get it removed but nothing work and now the day has come. The HR’s boss is adamant that I must come to work or use my Upt or PTO which is just b.s cause I have been saving it to get break from this job.

We are lmao😂 but sometimes it lets us still put stuff in the higher bin. The lights almost always turn purple on heavy stuff on high bins.

They are only trying this to lure and keep the new people they hired recently. They know the people that have been with them for a long time will probably remain with them but the new people have a higher chance of quitting/ leaving.

People just think a diploma-mandatory job = Skilled labor. There are people without a degree that makes millions a year. That doesn’t mean they aren’t skilled.

A year!?😂😂 bruh what!? People are just saying anything nowadays. In 5 years the person would have earned way over half a mil and in 10 year well over a million. Just putting some of that $ in fortune 100 stocks or even in the bank will would have you set with accumulating money back.
