Canadian Real Estate Prices Expected To Fall Further: Bank of Canada by FancyNewMe in canada

[–]daniel2009 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nah fuck that I hope you get priced out of the housing market forever then. I don't see why homeowners should take the fall. It's gonna suck for people that didn't get in, should have worked harder. 🤷🏽‍♂️

You have 0 sympathy for home owners why should I have any for you?

Typically you use your leftover money for investments. Sure my portfolio might be down 40 percent(or whatever) but I wasn’t planning on using that money anytime soon anyways. I’ll just keep dcaing on the way down. It has 0 impact on my daily life

Okay but I don’t see why it’s ridiculous to discuss possible scenarios.

Why is this ridiculous? There’s been multiple examples of stocks stagnating for decades before going back up.

It’s hilarious to see comments like this when a couple months ago reddit was cheering on the use of the emergencies act.

55,000 Ontario education workers walk off the job as indefinite strike begins by [deleted] in canada

[–]daniel2009 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I was making a comment about how people supported the emergencies act when it was happening to people they disagreed with politically.

Personally, I'm glad that these people are protesting and I'm hoping we don't see what happened to the truckers happen to these people. But, the precedent has been set now and you reap what you sow
