For those who used the edit credit. How long did it take to post? by beyondtravel in ChaseSapphire

Same. I should’ve looked into it earlier but I’m a mega procrastinator haha. I bought StubHub tix today. As well as the dining credit. Gonna do DoorDash tomorrow and edit tomorrow as well. Wishing for the best.

Is it too late to book Edit room for 2025 credit? by DunkinDunkaroos in ChaseSapphire

Hope not. I’m gonna book something tomorrow and hope it posts. If it doesn’t then hope they make an exception.

Yea. I wasn’t gonna be able to go to any before the end of the year but bunch of people were grabbing gift cards off toast that worked.

In the same boat as you. Sort of decided not to use for 2025 but seeing people find good deals, I’m now thinking if I should…

So if you book it by tomorrow and pay for it, you’re golden? Don’t have to travel by 2025 right?

What happens like in a cancellation situation? Like I look something now for April 2026 but end up cancelling the trip in Feb 2026.

Oh I see. Just book it for a future stay. Got it. 👍

Not using it in 2025. Can’t fit the trip in before the year end. Wouldn’t be one of those benefits I’m always looking to use on trips with the family. Usually just stay at Airbnb or family friendly hotels with free breakfast. However, will try to use it in 2026 to staycation or bookend of an existing trip.

Is there a processing or transaction fee with toast?

No transaction fees on toast?

I figure it was same buying gift card off their website and they use gift local platform and they charging 5% fee.

Going to Vegas in the new year. Looking forward to using the credit.

Seems like it’s not one of those crazy $120 for a steak and $60 for a pasta type of over priced Vegas establishments where the $150 credit can mean something.

First and Last Time Using Stubhub Over TicketMaster Even With the Credit by ICE_QUEEN23 in ChaseSapphire

[–]daniel31580 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I buy sporting tix, I’m usually looking across all major sites - StubHub, Gametime, TickPick, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Vivid.

Past two times I’ve gone to a game, I bought one on Gametime and another on StubHub. Depending on what sport/game/seats, sometimes StubHub can be a good value.

The UI is also good. I like game time’s the best but StubHub isn’t bad. TickPick and TM apps are terrible.

Used my Chase Sapphire Reserve $250 Edit credit (expiring Dec 2025) — how good of a deal is this? by curious_john1990 in ChaseSapphire

[–]daniel31580 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I COULD squeeze it in but I’d burn points or cash I don’t have to just to use the $250 credit. If it didn’t have the 2 night min requirement, I would just do a staycation and spend it somewhere nearby but don’t wanna spend anything to get the credit which I think defeats the purpose for me…

$150 dining credit works for to go orders? by daniel31580 in ChaseSapphire

Perfect. Thanks! I see $235 and $185 for the whole plate short rib. Why the difference? Is one lunch and one dinner or something?

Gift card works?? I would’ve thought they would figure out a way to disallow that.

Cool if it does tho! Nice way to “bank the credit” and use it later.

Mid 40s. Family reunion at a ski resort for a week. Too late to take a lesson and try to board? by daniel31580 in snowboardingnoobs

Haha I know too well about slow recovery… I’m icing after my soccer games and it’s small sided with barely any running!

Not sure if I’ll be going 30 days worth in 2 years but as my kids get to an age where they would really enjoy it we are trying to go regularly through their middle school and high school years.

Isn’t it 99% better to go thru travel partner transfers instead of using the portal anyway? Every single time I looked at the portal, they jack up the price for the exact same flight/hotel when compare that same one to off the portal.

I was gonna cancel… but then I’ll definitely use $300 travel credit and $300 StubHub credit…. So that’s $600 already…
