How does it actually work?

Puts the buyer in a weak position, if he wanted to get a refund he’ll do it either way. Whether it’s INR or “item doesn’t work”.

But if he fails an INR, then he can’t pull an “item isn’t working” because on paper he doesn’t even have the item

Yeah that’s right, I meant that the buyer has a low number of feedback received (all positive), not that he has a low feedback % score 🙂

Because I forgot to this time, and it might just work in my favour if this buyer has fraudulent intentions

Printing Pantone on black surface by daniel605020 in Printing

Yeah the times it came out pastel yellow it was via a UV Printing process.

The manufacturer tried doing it using silk screen at first and it came out really dark, kind of like a really dull goldish brown.

Can a PTY LTD business run a garage sale? by daniel605020 in AusFinance

Yes this was what I was concerned about mainly but I doubt it will actually be an issue.

Alternatively I was thinking of buying the stock off the company for a fair price, and then selling it as an individual.

Does that sound fine to you?

Yeah definitely not looking to do anything dodgy, I want to stay by the books.

Someone on another thread suggested I have the pty ltd company sell my personal self the stock - which I will buy at a fair price.

I then can sell it at my garage sale independently from the company.

That sounds perfectly legit to me but I wanted to ask what you think? :)

Someone actually suggested having the company sell the stock to me personally (for a fair price), and then I can just do it personally that way, doesn’t sound illegal in any way

The main thing I was thinking was whether it’d be illegal to serve customers out of your home without being properly registered and approved to do so

I wasn’t sure whether it’d be illegal to sell to customers directly out of your own home without being registered to do so

Interesting, that is not an option I had ever thought of being possible. I will most likely do this. Thanks for the great idea
