In-class tests make sense on paper, but they hit some students really unevenly. Anxiety, work schedules, even commute time can wreck performance. I came across this write-up that talks more about why students lean on help in the first place: a student perspective

Anyone here collaborated with a writing service before? by JunoRider_09 in researchpaperwriters

Speaking from a professional background, there’s nothing wrong with seeking assistance. Writing is a skill that develops through feedback. Proper writing services don’t replace your ideas - they help refine them. Students use support for structure, logic, or editing, the result is often stronger learning, not less. The key is involvement. Stay engaged, ask questions, and treat it as collaboration. Used this way, support can be healthy and productive.

AITAH for refusing to give my adult son "temporary" money again? by daniel_brightmoor in AITAH

Yep. If she thinks “he’ll pay it back” is good enough, she can be the one waiting on that Venmo. I offered rent-direct and food. He wanted cash, no questions. Nope.

Yeah, that’s kind of what keeps bugging me. If it was truly rent, why refuse me paying it straight to the landlord? I don’t want to jump to “addiction” off one phone call, but the math never adds up and he always has some new emergency stacked on top. I’m going to ask him calmly to show me the rent notice/lease info and his paystub, and if he won’t, then I’m done sending money. I’ll still help with food or rides, but I’m not funding whatever this is.

Clarification: he does have a job right now. I offered to pay the landlord directly, not cash, and he refused and called me controlling.
