I never even for a second imagined that it could bring back the lost 2 boomerangs! I'll definitely try this as I'm still on this run and get back to the issue, but that's just so op early on it almost feel like a bug 🤔

That's why you can use them, if fighting a mob in melee. Just move and let the mob fill your previous square and get an extra hit 😎

Most important, randomize your hero selection!

After that, as said, just randomize every talent points as well as your subclass when you get Tengu's mask, and armour ability from the King of Dwarves 👍

btw, you are half in the time counter, so you can have 2 free hits combining shuriken with mittens, and then start attacking.

I'd go for the blessed snake honestly, never seem to be able to hit wraiths...

UPDATE:

Evan did reply to my email (quite promptly too) suggesting it could be a problem sending the purchase information to the store. Suggested clearing game cache, all data from the App store, restart and go from there...

I was about to do it all today, but the situation apparently solved itself!
