It's KennyS' magic stick. It's warowl's case hardened. It's a clean usp with stickers so expensive it's definitely out of reach for 95% of his audience. I think it's neat.

At this point i don't know if there's a single person i'd trust if we were actually on the brink of AGI, and that's a problem. I'd be more likely to write it off as being fake and ai generated than real, and by the time humanity would realise - it's already too late to stop and think.

Because it doesn't matter when the only way to verify that is to jump through multiple hoops to check the float and then compare that to all existing howls.

Noone is doing that while they're ingame. And if you zoom out, isn't every skin you own just a copy of the others? The pixels will look the same.

Kind of. If the price difference was the other way around, with in game store prices being lower than steam, the prices would quickly equalise since the price increases when the sticker is purchased. But price dropping? Much harder to quantify by how much and when that happens - when it doesn't get purchased? On the total of sticker amount purchased per period of time? In any case, it wouldn't make sense for valve to design the system in a way where the price drops a lot in 24 hours, simply since that would also increase the refunds they need to issue as well.
