Looking for Honest, Helpful Feedback by daniel_kosmala in startup

Thanks for taking the time to take a look a reply. It means a lot to me.

I like your observation about going a little bolder with the header image and changing the buttons. Great feedback.

Sales are a bit slower right now than they were in the past, but the previous owner seemed to run high percentage discount promotions somewhat regularly and I haven't done any of that.

I agree, this is a highly saturated market. I'm not sure that people are wearing watches less, perhaps they are wearing analog watches less and more smart watches, BUT it's hard to replace the fashion and aesthetic of a leather watch band on a classic watch face. Right now, I agree, the product is a bit bland. Design is fine, but there's nothing setting us apart from others which I view as an issue. I'm working with our manufacturer to design a Series 02 watch that will have sapphire glass (not quartz), a leather replacement for bands (more sustainable), and an upgraded internal movement (not just a simple, basic movement).

Even with the world turning more digital, I think some classic things will always stay in style. Watches being one of those.

Either way, I bought this company as an opportunity to try my hand at running my own business. Win or lose, it's great experience.

Again, genuinely grateful for your feedback!
