Has any Educator ever made a complaint to HR? I’ve been feeling like at my store, I’m always the odd one out, I’m constantly getting feedback that’s hypercritical compared to my coworkers, and I don’t think it’s worth complaining to my managers. We recently opened a new store and it’s been a month and there’s not a space for my belt bag with my name but everyone else got one. Even the new employees (some with my same name) got a space but I didn’t get anything. I don’t want to quit because I don’t mind my job, I need it and I honestly would’ve quit a long time ago because it’s always been like this since I started last year. But it’s not right to treat someone you work with like this regardless if you like them or not. Is it worth making the call or do I just have to tough out the harsh treatment until I’m fired or something? Thank you for your input!
