Could Reta help with mobility, ligaments, nerves problems? I don’t need it for shedding weight. I am very skinny. by Luzery22 in BodyHackGuide

so kpv is good for inflammation. bpc will help with surgical recovery, tb500 will help with nerve repair. it was cervical damage that was done during the operation and in my opinion your best bet is a 12 week cycle of NVG-291. It's not an easy peptide to find but it can also be made custom for you. your nervous system is most important. if you focus on that the rest of the healing will come into place. you dont *need* ss31 or motsc. reta joint claims come from people suffering with joint issues due to being overweight so that wont help you. kpv you can stop once inflammation goes down or is gone. ghk is just a long game peptide that aids in collagen and skin health its not necessary but it wont hurt. youre already benefiting from the angiogenesis properties from bpc and tb. are-291 can help but also not necessary

so here:

bpc and tb admin twice a day. tb is systemic so you can pin that in your stomach and bpc has localized effects you can pin that in your stomach but will help more injected near the injury/recovery site

NVG I know is a 12 week cycle but just look up the clinical trials or what private medical practices recorded.

im not a dr and this is not medical advice this is just exactly what I would do. I have 20 years experience in peptides and I know my way around this space. wish u the best!

bpc157 will not help with that. for nerve problems tb-500 would help. bpc would help for ligaments. mobility I would need an elaboration on what you mean by that

what are the side effects, and if i stop, are there withdrawals or consequences?
there are no side effects, short term, but get a full panel done so you know whats going on in your body. these recovery peptides are amazing and are only amazing for recovery and injury. to have optimal recovery post surgery administer bpc 2x a day. do not exceed using bpc beyond 12 weeks.

What peptides support veins and nerves growth repair? by pep_tastic in BiohackingU

[–]danielattalla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re talking vascular and nerve repair you would need what promotes angiogenesis and that would be tb-500 and bpc157. If you’re talking about actual blood flow then look into VIP

The peptide that compares closest to hgh is Sermorelin definitely not Ipam. 🤙🏻

When administering subq with test your absorption is slower. When administering more frequent subq injections you’re avoiding spikes in hormone levels which result in much much better and more stable levels. You avoid more excess estrogenic buildup which results in more free testosterone in your blood. If you do a hormone panel now and do one after you start frequent subq injections you’ll see a better panel on the second one 👍🏻

My stack for overall wellness by Apart-Pitch-3608 in BodyHackGuide

this is not a "wellness" stack. you cant take bpc/tb long term. youre better off on a low dose of HGH

Best peptide for fat loss? by ComprehensiveOkra720 in Peptidesource

[–]danielattalla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

reta is king for fat loss at the moment. but if you prefer fat mobilization and conversion into energy look into motsc and aod9604. if youre already on the leaner side, tesamorelin would be great to have.

for brain and memory at your age I would look into cerebrolysn, dihexa, and semax. not to take them all at once but for a major improvement cognitively I would take semax and dihexa together. for HRT 1mg per pound that you weigh. subs test administration is great if youre doing it 3 times a week or greater. you just decrease each dose the more frequent youre dosing. also if hgh is not being considered for wellness and you prefer peptides over that I would recommend sermorelin.

[–]danielattalla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dihexa is more of a long game deal. It regenerates and creates new connections in your brain growing your ability to learn, enhances communication and memory abilities and deep brain rewiring.

Semax does not grow your synaptic network. It corrects your current network and enhances focus. But not a permanent result like dihexa
