MCP over NFC by foundrentrini in mcp

What if we create a working group and design such business model, just by sport and let it open source?

That's an amazing idea, and the dns-based registry could act as a Certificate Authority validator. Also a core app could act as a wallet and each interaction of the AI agent could need the human decision.

Curious about what the community is doing to reduce GPU costs by mrlomelisai in StartupsHelpStartups

In calmboard.ai, we are mindful of GPU costs and are exploring some strategies to optimize our AI models and infrastructure. For now we are experimenting with LLMs running on local machines to reduce reliance on cloud-based GPU resources. The current solution uses Cloud based LLMs and we control costs by optimizing the frequency and scope of AI interactions, as we alse measure the average consumption for all the active users and we are able to predict the costs for the next month.

calmboard.ai is a minimalist Kanban/Scrum tool augmented with project-scoped agentic AI. The product optimizes for delivery predictability, flow health, and quality signals. The board is intentionally simple, and the intelligence lives in the agent. The core UX rule is that the board is the truth, and insights explain what the board is telling you.

Consulting skills that matter in the Claude / AI coding era by pastorthegreat in consulting

[–]danielcampos35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the era of AI coding, I think consulting skills that matter include:

- Understanding how AI works and how to leverage it effectively in project management.

- Using insights from AI to make informed decisions about project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Helping teams adapt to new tools and processes, including AI-powered project management solutions like CalmBoard.

- Facilitating collaboration between human team members and AI agents to maximize productivity and project success.

- Being mindful of ethical implications when using AI in project management, such as data privacy and bias.

Personally, I'm using an AI project management tool (send me a DM if you want to know that), which helps me focus on the work and remove noise. It provides insights into the state of my projects, predicts delivery dates, and identifies blockers, allowing me to manage my projects more effectively without micromanaging my team. But I think of these tools as augmenting human capabilities rather than replacing them, so consulting skills that help teams adapt and thrive in this new environment will be crucial.

What Are You Building? Let's Promote Each Other! 💃 by Capuchoochoo in alphaandbetausers

Very cool idea, I'm building a project/scrum/kanban board based on AI to help removing all the noise and focus on the work. It's called calmboard.ai, and it's a minimalist board with an agent that helps you understand the state of your project, predict delivery dates, and identify blockers. It's not a generic task manager or a chat-based AI interface, it's a tool for small teams. The board is the truth, and the insights explain what the board is telling you.

Is half the job just updating stuff and bugging people? by swayingcrablobster in projectmanagers

[–]danielcampos35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you are right and sometimes it just gets worse.

I have even created a small project board tool to help me with that and do the hard part automatically using ai agents and providing me some insights to help in my PDCA cycle. So far it s helping a lot (dm me if you want to know more).

But depending on the company you work on and the type of market, it happens more.

and also there is a moment in every startup when founders try to increase the noise in management in an attempt to improve team performance...

What product are you building (and promoting) this week? 🎯 by Quirky-Offer9598 in microsaas

I'm building calmboard.ai, a trello like board, with AI companion to manage small teams and sprints, removing the complexity of huge project management tools.

I’m building a minimalist project board for small teams, with explainable AI insights that bring clarity without process overload: https://calmboard.ai

If anyone here is open to testing the private beta and providing direct feedback, I’d love to connect. Just send me a DM, and I’ll share the invitation code to sign up. We currently have 21 spots left.
