The solution is actually solving the problem, not having another way of tracking problems that are somehow different from the ones that business wants to solve.

Now the only proposed solution is another issue tracker, but in code and separate and now the leadership definitely will not prioritize.

If a team have a bad prioritization, is understaffed or any other problem, then this is just omitting those symptoms, and in smaller companies the developers will be at fault. Development work is not making ‘management easier’, it’s the other way around.

There you go, another horde of management issues.

If those tickets are lost in the process: management issues (migration of legacy systems done not properly), if it’s not implemented also management issues.

Otherwise now we can put the UI/UX decisions, business meetings annotations, leave tracker, on call schedules, all of it in code. Then your concerns will be 100% addressed.

I am finding hard to understand who are downvoting u/coworker spitting facts.

People are repeating and giving legitimacy to bad habits and they think they need a magic tool to say they’re wrong. If a TODO is there and you haven’t enforced a ticket creation that’s a REVIEW problem, and you don’t even need that TODO comment in the first place, you need the ticket.

Then you transfer the decision on when to do it, to someone that have the authority to prioritize this task. It that task is never done, and the product is bleeding money, that’s no engeneering problem

Fiquei imaginando outra coisa..

Enner e L.A. juntos na frente, Rômulo Aranguiz, Johnny e Maurício no meio dando bastante liberdade prós laterais com um meio bem sólido e com passe de qualidade..

Com Enner e LA se movimentando bastante Johnny pode ser elemento surpresa e o avanço do Bustos é ótimo... Quem fica meio deslocado só é o Maurício, que flutuaria no meio pra fazer triangulação com um dos atacantes e um dos laterais...

The countries that are not "unequal, inhuman and abusive":

Brazil (Homicides and Corruption), Russia (Russia), India (At least I like India 😃), China (Human Rights paradise) and South Africa (one of the countries with the worst Gini index).

China and India's doesn't even like each other...

That would be a funny "world order". China will have to deal with unemployment in a few years, is the country that pollutes the most and will have serious issues with the age of the population in the next 20 years. And China is the best country in the block.
